Hi,
I have an iPad that I want to use to design images. Can anyone recommend a good app? I don't mind if I have to buy an app as long as it is good. I'd like all the features of photoshop, like lasso.

If you have an Apple Pencil to use with your iPad, then I would strongly recommend Procreate. It's got a ton of brush control, and all of the essential features of Photoshop. It allows you to set your canvas size and create hundreds of layers. Takes a bit of time to conquer the learning curve, but once you get the hang of it you can create some awesome digital imagery.
